1. Purpose of the platform

OverGermany is an information and support platform for people wishing to study, undertake vocational training (Ausbildung) or work in Germany. We collate and organise information on educational institutions, career opportunities and administrative procedures.

2. Access to services

Access to articles, offers and university lists is free. You may need to create a user account to access advanced features (saving favourites, personalised guidance).

The publisher reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or modify access to the website without prior notice for maintenance or updating purposes.

3. User responsibilities

The user undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account or submitting requests for support.
• Keep your login details confidential.
• Do not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or to send spam.

• Job vacancies and apprenticeships: OverGermany does not, under any circumstances, guarantee that you will be offered a job or a training contract. The recruitment processes are the sole responsibility of the partner companies.
• Consular and academic procedures: Rules and requirements (visas, admissions) are subject to change. It is the user’s responsibility to verify this information with the relevant authorities (German Embassy, Ausländerbehörde, universities).

5. Intellectual property

Any unauthorised reproduction, copying or commercial use of the content on OverGermany (text, design, structure) is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Disputes and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by international law applicable to digital services. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
